I am trying to relate the environment samples with the closest known taxonomy in the allinfo dataframe.
For example, OTU ID '90_18584;96_73186;97_94929;98_128838;99_197121' is listed within the samples-otus.99.mapped.gz file but I cannot find this OTU ID in the allinfo folder.
There are many similar OTU ids like this one. For example, if I join the two data together, only 306452 of the 494409112 rows have hits on the allinfo dataframe.
Thanks for your help and happy holidays!

The problem is that the downloadable files all have the old OTU ids (e.g. new id MAPv3:90_18584;96_73186;97_94929;98_128838;99_197121 Dioszegia hungarica is E18S;90_44;96_1670;97_1920;98_2228;99_2669 old ID version)
A file will be provided on the download page soon to map the old OTU IDs to the new ID versions (MAPv3).
