[Bug]: remote administration - only 1st pub key works

Description

Remote rak4631 working as repeater. Three admin pub keys are stored there.

If I try to connect with NO matching key a true error messages whas shown with invalid pub key. Good.

Connecting with a matching pub key works (only) if it is the 1st one stored in the remote rak device.

If the pub key is matching for the the 2nd or 2rd entry the connection never works... still try to connect and nothing is happening.

2nd pub key is working here if remote device is a esp32. Interesting!
