More housekeeping load 😓 but a widespread convention now is to use main as the default branch's name instead of master. Keeping with this convention will help new collaborators due to expectations from other repositories and (more selfishly) muscle memory. GitHub has added functionality to make this easy from the repository's settings: https://github.com/github/renaming#readme
