Search update

Deleted the braches fix_search and search to focus on update_search. Update search changes the db model slightly but flask db migrate, flask db upgrade should sync the changes to the database.

Earlier databases will still need to run the script that updates the search_vector field with the contents of the definintions + examples + tag fields
