DEV is both ahead of and behind main. The dependabot updates have not been tested or merged.

There are more dependencies between dev and prd (dev and main branches).

We believe dependabot has disabled itself. That's a good thing. We will leave it off for now.

We've scrubbed the dependabot noise.
