One issue that might come up in future is that the tbl2asn tool
"expires" after 6-12 months, and refuses to run (see https://github.com/tseemann/prokka#faq ).
The solution here seems to be to use the tbl2asn-forever tool. We could either install it via conda or execute the bioconda recipe commands in the dockerfile (https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/blob/master/recipes/tbl2asn-forever/meta.yaml).
