Can PRIVATE_IMPLEMENTATION be defined in a framework?

I want to create a shared framework or static lib between multiple iOS projects. I wanted to move the whole implementation generation of cpp to a separate project (framework or static lib) that will be included in the other iOS projects.
However I get this:

I don't really know what to do with that.
Please help!
