Closing the modal breaks UA

Closing the modal by clicking outside or on the close button causes the state to become locked to whatever state UA was in last.

Example:
Open the modal UA with {{>atForm}}, click on the forgot password link, click outside the modal, then open the modal UA with {{>atForm}} again and the forgot password link page appears.

We probably need a close button on the page to cleanup UA before hiding the modal.
