Docker runner timeout

There are processings timing out with the following error CC::Analyzer::Engine::EngineTimeout: engine phpmd ran for 900 seconds and was killed

The projects in PHP that I added and worked at least once are:

• Apoena
• Cacic
• NAVi
• Xemelê

All the others failed at some step. You can see here the links to every project added in the tab PHP. On the column D, the links with the yellow background are those that are "READY" but do not show the results. And those with background red are the ones that freeze in the "COLLECTING" or "PREPARING".
