Mode not deduced for DELFI stops where no GTFS data is available

To deduce modes served at a DELFI zHV stop , we currently rely on GTFS data. However, for counties without data, the mode remains unset, like e.g. in Pirna:

Additional infos from ifoptid (e.g. containing the word Gleis) or the name could be evaluated to deduce the mode.
