Use DSC + xDnsServer in AD role

Might be nice to demo DSC interop in the domain controller setup role via win_dsc and the xDnsServer module (https://github.com/PowerShell/xDnsServer/tree/dev/DSCResources) rather than using internal custom modules (just install the DSC resource module first via win_psmodule).

@nitzmahone are you referring to the provisioner or adding a lab exercise that talks about xDnsServer resource?

We used to have a bit of DSC stuff in here, but since we support versions of Windows that don't have an upgraded powershell (4/5), it because problematic to install it. (Will was reverting to executing stuff through psexec which was messy).
