sorry for my idiocy and how the snipping tool is in there, but the issue is that even though its not connected, the mouse can move between monitors 3 and 2 without going through 1.

It's probably not 100% perfect, but I would guess you can set Border Resistance for the borders you don't want enabled to something really high, like 100000. From a quick test it seems to work for me, although my monitors are set up a little different. I think for your case, you'd set it that way for both the top edge of monitor 2 and bottom edge of monitor 3.

high border resistance is ok, you could also add max travel distance to lower value 40~50, lbm will prevent to go too low.
