Checking all the tiles from the ice free images to see what the clustering algorithm/pipeline was detecting

I looked at the number of fans and blotches in the catalog in what are supposed to be the ice free images. For Season 3 Candy marked which images were definitely ice free. There appears to be a decent number of It looks like people might be marking shadows or frost or something else. I just looked at the contents of the csv files in catalog_2016_04_13/applied_cut_0.5 Sounds like we should take a look out at the individual tiles from these images to see what's being identified.
