Clear button adjustments?

The Scenes from the stage: The Driver Era article on https://michigan-daily-alt-text-tracker.pages.dev/posts?&start=2024-04-11&end=2024-04-11 used to have a bunch more images in need of alt text but all except one have been addressed. Yet the bar chart for the 11th still shows that most images don't have alt text, which is misleading.

This is a single case, so I don't know if it warrants any changes currently — I imagine that most people would add alt text to all of the images instead of just doing some. But if this is more common, it may be useful to have a less restricted (or no) condition on the "clear" button (or a "refresh" button).
