At the moment, it is possible to add unmetered and blacklisted hosts, but only through backend.ini.

It should be possible to expose this in the web interface, such that it is possible for the web interface to push updates to these lists to the backend.

There's already functionality for this in backend.ini, this is the unmetered section of the configuration.

Did you want this exposed in the web interface somewhere instead?

Ontop of that, a checkbox (for if you want to or not) that enables access to the unmetered IPs even when users are capped.

Unmetered hosts at present are always available, even if not logged in or quota has been exceeded. This was a design feature.
