Describe the bug
When making in-app purchases through Play Services, it is not possible to choose whether to use Google Play balance or not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the payment button within the application.
2. Click to select a payment method.
3. See the Bug

Expected behavior
There should be an option for Google Play balance, accompanied by a toggle switch on the right side to determine whether to use the balance for payment.
