Custom Controls in Adaptive card for Android | IOS | Sharepoint

Hello Team,

I am using Microsoft adaptive card for our Bot application. Below is the configuration
Microsoft bot version: 4.7.2
Adaptive card version: 1.3
Android: Latest version
IOS: Latest version

Requirement:
The client asked us to revamp the adaptive card design for the number field with something like the image below.

Since this control is unavailable in the current adaptive card design, we are trying to create custom controls that support all clients (android, IOS, and SharePoint).

I tried to find the custom control solution but didn't find any working example.
Could anyone please help?
