Add Support and Installation Instructions for Fedora 40 and 41

I would like to request the addition of support for Fedora 40 in the Sysmon for Linux package. Currently, the available installation instructions only cover up to Fedora 38. As Fedora 40 is now available, it would be greatly beneficial to have Sysmon for Linux compatible with this version and to have a clear set of instructions for installation.

Current Instructions:

Fedora 37

Register Microsoft key and feed: sudo rpm -Uvh https://packages.microsoft.com/config/fedora/37/packages-microsoft-prod.rpm
Install SysmonForLinux: sudo dnf install sysmonforlinux

Fedora 38

Register Microsoft key and feed: sudo rpm -Uvh https://packages.microsoft.com/config/fedora/38/packages-microsoft-prod.rpm
Install SysmonForLinux: sudo dnf install sysmonforlinux

Request:
Please add the necessary RPM package and provide installation instructions for Fedora 40, similar to the previous versions.

Hi, thanks for reporting this. Next time we do a release, we will add Fedora 40 to the list.
