HLK test NICStrictPropertyValidation failed due to Test-NetHLK module date

It is 183 days between these dates, not including the end date but test check that module must be within 180 days of today`s date.

Hello, can we have this tool as part of the HCK tool kit or remove this time bomb?
Currently automation and certification is broken for every NIC vendor.

After testing, Update your module like https://github.com/microsoft/Test-NetHLK/?tab=readme-ov-file#updating-the-module can solve 'NICStrictPropertyValidation' on Win2022.

Version update was committed to this repo d81180c but PowerShell still download old version https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/Test-NETHLK
