[Automation Kit - Bug] Multiple issues with satellite install

Describe the issue

A warning was presented during the install into our dev environment.
Flow client error returned with status code "BadRequest" and details "{"error":{"code":"ChildFlowNeverPublished","message":"The workflow with id '33a0af05-b43b-ec11-b6e5-00224809b791' cannot be used as a child workflow because it has never been published. Child workflows need to be published at least once before they can be included in a published parent workflow.

Also during the import of the desktop flow action csv file, 25 rows of errors were reported. Please see the zip file attached
