Monitoring the Cloud flow Deployed in Customer Tenant.

Describe the solution you'd like

We would like to understand if the COE kit (Tenant A- COE Kit Deployed) has the Capability to Monitor the flows running on a different customer tenant (Tenant B).
If yes, how can we enable that Connectivity between the COE KIT and Cloud flows?
What Kind of security measures we need to take? What kind of security issues may arise?
