Recently we have created a new API class "GetDataverseSolutionArtifacts" for existing plugin "autocoe-plugins-master". As developer we need to ensure that our new plugin should work as expected.

Describe the solution you'd like

we need to create unit test cases to validate all basic scenarios for newly created plugin "GetDataverseSolutionArtifacts ". And also we need to integrate in respective azure dev ops pipeline. Pipeline should pass or validate these test cases to move to next step build for release.

we are sure that it increases the quality of new API "GetDataverseSolutionArtifacts"
