macOS script request - Policy Banners

Can someone create a script that can set up a policy banner in macOS?

If the script can download the PolicyBanner file from Azure blob storage, that would be awesome!

I know you can do a one-line banner on the sign-in page natively in Intune. However, I don't see a native setting in the Intune settings catalog for policy banners. If I missed it, please let me know.
