Steps to reproduce

Open Terminal
Run: dotnet run (c# project)
New tab, run: yarn serve (vite project)

Open other software like Rider, later go back to Terminal

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

Windows 11 24H2, Windows Terminal 1.22.3232.0

No response frequently as blow:

Run for a while, switch to background and then front (Powershell Core 7.5.0)
