@migsar Starting to search for resources I am finding some interesting articles about mathematical principles, code implementation, etc.. about maps, elevation and data representation. I think would be interesting place this info but outside of the main project documentation files like README.md or architecture.md creating a separate and differentiate place in the same repository.

What about references.md or foundation.md or something like that? I don't want to use /docs dir because I think we might use that later for a docs site, not sure, but I've seen that pattern.

We can also create the Wiki, but in that case we would have two repositories.

references.md sounds good to me as starting point :)
