First TestFlight release

Thanks to everyone that tested the first release on TestFlight and submitted feedback.

Some of the key issues that have been reported include that have been fixed:

• Tmux challenges with Raspberry Pis, these are caused by an older Debian/Tmux installation, there is a new fallback coming up.
• Creation of Keys that lacked the private component - and I was not checking if this was complete before allowing users to save it.

Some that have not been fixed:

• If the connection drops, I am not getting a notification, and thus, the terminal is hung. Need to solve that, but also, probably need a UI to force-close a terminal, as right now it is not easy to discover that Sessions can do this.
• Empty passwords do not seem to be prompting, perhaps my smarts for using keys, but it interferes with some form of ssh 2fa that requires the password to be entered, and I am not prompting for it.
• One issue where the terminal does not seem to get the focus at all
• The cursor seems to get out-of-sync with the display, need to investigate.
• Changing the font size and dismissing the dialog should probably be turned into a "Save" rather than a "Cancel"
