Inconsistent colors between appbars and systembars

Steps to reproduce

1.Open Mihon
2.Select any manga
3.Read a Chapter

You'll notice that the colors of the statusbar and the navigation bar don't match the colors of the top appbar nor the bottom appbar

In this screenshot I've set my system theme to monotone yet the systembars in the app don't also adapt to it

Expected behavior

The systembars should match the appbars in color for a consistent look

Actual behavior

The systembars do not match the current theme they're instead always staying on the blue theme
