Dependencies button on mods looks like a link to another mod, rather than the resulting page

Summary

It's not easy for a user to be able to tell that the below button leads to the following page.

Steps to reproduce

This is more of a design issue than a bug, but it's not not like I'm requesting a new feature, either, so I'm not sure what to really call this issue.

1. Have a completely blind tester go to the audio_lib mod page.
2. Ask the blind tester to locate achievements_lib via the page. (they may not be able to find it without being told.)
