customStorage 设置expire 过期时间无效 #316

var storage = new CustomStorage(0);
storage.set('usFlag', 'true', 10000);
如此设置了之后，无论过了多久，获取usFlag的值，都是true~

期望再过了10000ms之后，返回undefine;
