Cross-Browser Support Configuration #15

Compass Animate is not considering my basic compass cross-browser support configuration variables which are defined in my _base.scss.

For example if we don't want to compile any -moz related css, then we set these values:

$experimental-support-for-mozilla: false;
$legacy-support-for-mozilla: false;
