Since barebox, u-boot, various userspace clients and servers already have this,
I thought it would be nice if the support came to busybox too.
In spite of all the security issues, tftp is still used in a lot of places.
As a client first, then server.

Tried to look for work already done in this area for busybox,
but could not find anything?
