Add list of supported languages

As people add contributions, we'll get them to update the README file:

We'll also need to add somewhere on the website, the list of supported languages. If this is something you can do, please comment on this issue.

Hi @justkingsley, apologises that I didn't get to this. It was very hectic for the last 2 days of Hacktoberfest. I'd love if you'd like to work on this. It shouldn't take long 😄 Apparently the Hacktoberfest rewards were all claimed in the first 2 weeks of Hacktoberfest. Let me know if you still want to work on this. I would love you to ❤️
