Update mil-sym-js to use ES6 modules #37

For ease of use w/ modern frameworks, it will be vital for mil-sym-js to be structured as ES6 modules so mil-sym-js can be pulled down from npm and imported into web applications.

I concur. Unfortunately the renderer isn't under active development at the moment.

Drat. I thought that might be the case. What's the prognosis for the future? Any chance that you'll get more funding to continue?

Things may change when 2525D becomes a requirement. But I have no time frame for when that might happen.
