On mobile, the block number is hard to view since finger needs to be held

Bug Description

Can we have the current block number placed on top of the page? It is too much hassle to view it with the phone. One needs to drag and hold the page all the way up just to view the number.

I have to pull and hold the page to view to block number which located at the bottom. As soon as I and move my thumb away the page will bounce up and unable to view the block number.
