I wrote a small ServiceProvider which will reenable the $app['autoloader'] based on the Composer Autoload Class: https://github.com/kleingeist/AutoloaderServiceProvider

"unfortunately" the nutwerk-orm-extension is registering namespaces dynamically (baed on the Entities Config) which will not be possible directly through Silex, but you can work around the issue by using my provider and passing the autoloader class (see the incomplete docu)
