Menu title bar glitchy / Global Heatmap item out of place...

This is what it looks like:

Seems there is a text wrap due to inserted 'Global Heatmap' menu item, breaking the title bar style. Issue disappears when disabling Strava Helper.

I wasn't aware that Global Heatmap menu item is linked to Strava Helper, didn't see anything in the options, but found a ref in navbar.js source code... maybe it could be made optional through settings, and mentioning it in the Wiki would be a good idea. Happy to enter a description into the Wiki (and wherever it needs to be mentioned) for you if you want to grant me access :-)
