Currently Cover Image size in search results has width and height of 3em, which stretches rows and makes whole page longer. It seems like a perfect default fit, but some may prefer bigger / samller images. Thus it would be nice so allow the user to set a different size in css units:

pattern idea:

^[\d.]+(r?em|%|px)$
