Weirdness w/ Character Encoding from FAOCountryProfile #12

I get this when I try to print from the FAO_TABLE_NAME: "invalid input 'Côte d'Ivoire' in 'utf8towcs'"

Very weird. Never seen this error before as I thought R dealt with unicode very nicely.
