When installing the dependencies via pip3 install -r requirements.txt I get the following error:

Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: 404 Client Error: Not Found for url: https://pypi.org/simple/weather-api/

It sounds like an alternate weather API needs to be used to make this work again
