Initialise dataset from different local folder.

The new dataset interface allows to read a dataset using a manifest from cloud storage buckets. Also we support initialise a dataset from a manifest file on your local machine using the local runner. However, this is currently not possible since we just mount the working directory to the docker containers. We should mount the manifest location as well all local field locations to the docker container.
