Adding github action to test core MLC actions

We need to add a github action like here for testing core mlc actions like mlc pull repo (all options for repo like branch, checkout etc),

• mlc run script,
• mlc list repo,
• mlc show cache,
• mlc cp script,
• mlc rm cache

Hi Arjun, based on this PR, we do have the following target-action combinations to be implemented.

script

• search
• rm
• mv
• cp
• add
• list
• test
• docker
• show

cache

• rm
• list
• show

repo

• search

@anandhu-eng list is same as search right? I have added some more tests here

I think if someone uses list action, all the items corresponding to the particular target would be displayed. In search we are only providing the details of the items that matches the user search.

Hi @arjunsuresh , with this PR I think we would cover our test cases. But surely we could add more as per requirement based on our usage.
