Make slides header and footer customizable #7

Today we can only enable or disable header and footer in slides with these contents:

marp_header: true  # Will show {{ kpa_title }} | {{ kpa_author }}
marp_footer: true  # Will show {{ slide.chapter }} | {{ slide.title }}

We must find a way to make this a custom value with dynamic data like slide chapter name and others variables.
