How to complete the attendance assignment.md

The attendance assignment is to create a fork of the notes for this class. Add your name to the Participants list, then push to your GitHub account and create a pull request.

1. Create a GitHub account
2. Fork the https://github.com/kissmygritts/git-workshop-notes repo from my GitHub account
3. Clone to your computer
4. Open the _Git Index.md file
5. Under the participants header add your name
