Section title capitalization unclear #36

Reading the LaTeX paper example (https://github.com/modelica-association/conference-templates/blob/master/LaTeX/example-paper.tex - or its pdf-counterpart), it is not quite clear whether to use capitalization also for section titles or not. Simply compare the title of 4 Additional meaningless text and 5 Bibliographic References.
