包括http://modouwifi.net/的应用页面安装，因为是同一个API，所以都存在这个问题。
错误描述：应用安装后，状态显示停用，但实际已经启用了
发现错误的应用：welcome-page
我发现，该应用一旦安装后，状态显示还是停用，但手机啊什么的连接上去以后，就会弹出欢迎界面。
我猜会不会是应用安装后，默认就是启用，但状态值却没更新？
