Annotation/Image sizing error #2

When the annotation is too small for collage to extract an exception is thrown. The features outputted for the annotation/image are all 0s

Example:
EXCEPTION- Image size (45x218) unsupported. Image must be a minimum of a 50x50 for collage to run.
