The write-up resonates with every bit of my experience at KV,Mangaldoi for the last two years. (However,KV Mld had some of the best teachers, which made newbies like me come in the forefront despite the fact that i had no prior experiences. All in all,Nibir good job. This was fabulous. |

The information here in this blog is factual. I'm a #KVian since 8 years and here's my POV: Everyone says Studying in KV is a matter of luck because they see the performance, Yes KV is a awesome platform but every coin has two sides. Correct me if I am wrong but there is a lack of practical education, i dont know about other batches, but last year in 7th grade our science textbook suggested atleast 2-3 activities in each chapter but only one or two of these activities were performed in the whole session. The thing is that you read the textbook , you understand what is written , you memorise it , the exam comes , you write down everything and you pass. Now repeat this same thing every year. There is a preface in every NCERT saying "Education should not only be limited to classroom or books" But somewhere i think it is. Dont we deserve to know why and how things happen. There are plenty of resources availble, but we dont have acces to them, like - i dont even remember when i went to bio or physics lab last time. There are computers but, we acces them once or twice in two to three months. (And guess what we studied python turtle in class 6th and without even studying python. We didnt knew a single thing about that. What was the benifiet? Nothing.) we were given a tag of PM SHRI last year, it was meant to be for the development of school the only development I have seen is the change in banners. Thats it. Enough cons, what are the pros ? Lets be honest there are multiple positive sides studying in KV. I dont want to mention the same things. Youv'e just read them in the blog. Kv is a wonderful platform, but it still needs much more development and a sense of cooperation within the campus. this blog brings the reality to the front. |
