i got (not the same error but similar) when i was trying to do something like that (not with your project im trying that tomorrow) so what happened is that in the project that i was trying to do myself it worked fine on my normal device but diddint work on a diffrent device

perhaps it is running from the java runtime that is installed in your normal device.
you have to execute the TLauncher.jar from the portable one.
