Create guide regarding linux dependencies

Currently players have issues booting the game on some distros for various reasons, and often need to install specific packages for it to work properly. Documenting what all we require outside of the server would help this process.

Eventually the plan is to streamline this so people can just click play and it works, but even then there may be value in having dependencies written down anyways.

Consider making it a more general page for both OSs? Consider if this could go on the website somewhere instead of being a "guide"?
