Run the pipeline to update the obsoletion status of EMC content using this GH Action

I am not sure why the workflow did not create a PR. Review action steps here and run workflow locally in the meantime to get the new content and debug. Were there no new content changes in mondo-edit.obo to create a branch and therefore PR?

I checked the entries in the ROBOT files from the GH Action and those looks to be annotated correctly. I also run the make goal locally and there were no changes to any files.
